What is the difference between Book Smart and Street Smart from a Buddhist perspective?

Buddha sometimes expressed admiration of street smarts, 
but he saw that in isolation, neither street smarts nor book smarts are worth very much. Reflection is more important and the combination of all three lead to better outcomes.
