Please join host Bhante Dr. Chandima as he interviews Joanne Ng 
who will share with us some insights on how Yoga helps detox our body. Although we know that liver has its own natural detoxification system in place, it may not be enough. Detox Yoga practices may aid detoxification. 

Joanne Ng is the founder of IYoga, based in Malacca, Malaysia. She is a certified Yoga teacher RYS200 (Yoga Alliance). Her signature Yoga Style is Hatha Vinyasa flow, which emphasizes the importance of alignment, intelligent sequencing, proper breathing technique, and the use of props and modifications.
