Dear Friends,


I am excited to announce that my English book, "8 Buddhist Tips to Overcome COVID-19 Fear," was published on Google Play, on April 23rd, 2020.
This is a much anticipated book, after I published a book in Japanese about the same current topic. I hope this addition will bring practical insights to English speakers, as it has to Japanese speakers.

Since COVID-19 has been a hot topic, it was my contemplation that the fears and anxieties associated with COVID-19, should be addressed with Buddhist teachings in a careful manner. Most people are in limbo about science and spirituality. They are not happy with each other during this dire situation. Therefore, writing an English book to overcome COVID-19 fear, was a desideratum for me.
May this book be a solace to everyone who is struggling with COVID-19!
