I’m excited to announce that my seventh Japanese book “True Happiness: Buddhist Wisdom on Managing Stress and Coping with Mood Swings,” (Japanese Edition) was published on Amazon today, August 10th, 2020. An impeccable Japanese translation was provided by the esteemed author, Yoshiko.

This book presents the practical ways of applying Buddhist wisdom at difficult times, particularly the much-needed wisdom to manage stressful situations and coping with mood swings. One peculiar thing that I attempt to raise here is the benefits of applying Buddhist wisdom with major life events as well as everyday life. Since many individuals pass up the handy wisdom in daily life, this will ideally be a very useful addition to investigate various approaches to accomplish it.
