Increasing Our Compassion Footprint: The Animals’ Manifesto | Bhante Dr. Gangodawila Chandima and Shannon Tan

Dear Dhamma Friends,

Stay tuned for Tuesday evening as we continue with our Dhammapariyesanā series #60.

Please join the host, Bhante Dr. Chandima, as he interviews Shannon Tan about how we could grow in compassion by learning more about animals, particularly those that we encounter on a daily basis.

Shannon, 13, attends Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Canossa Convent (SMKCC) in Melaka, Malaysia. She has a lifelong fascination with animals. Shannon used to be intrigued by dinosaurs and reptiles, but now she is more interested in marine animals and insects.  She loves sharing unnoticed animal information with others, like the fact that pill bugs are actually crustaceans and that the tiniest jellyfish on the planet happens to be one of the deadliest.

See you at 6.30pm (Malaysia time). (6.30am EST), (4.00pm Colombo).

May you be well and happy!
